A mural of Marcus Rashford in Manchester which was put up after his campaign for feeding of school children has been defaced.
This comes after he missed a penalty kick in July 11th’s EURO 2020 Final against Italy.
Rashford was brought on as a substitute alongside Jadon Sancho in the final minutes of extra time.
They both missed their pot kicks.
Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Bukayo Saka who missed their spot kicks in the shootout have all suffered racial abuse on the social media.
Although the authorities are trying to get heads on with the situation, it isn’t getting any better.
An unrecognized woman has tried to repair the damage to the mural by drawing hearts on the defaced regions.
