A Californian rapper, Indian Red Boy has been shot dead while he was live on Instagram.
This occurred in the early hours of Monday 12th July 2021.
He was shot 12 times, rumour has it it was because he allegedly painted on Nipsey Hussle’s mural, thereby outrightly disrespecting him.
A resident of the area posted on social media thus:
California Rapper Indian Red Boy was tragically shot & killed while on IG Live with a friend. Sources say him & his friend who was on his IG Live repeatedly defaced Nipsey Hussle murals & did so right before the shooting. It is not confirmed if their disrespect towards Nipsey was linked to the killing, only speculation for now.
He was 21 years old.
