Wolverhampton Wanderers skipper, Raul Gimenez has returned to the playing field after being out for more than 8 months with a fractured skull.

Raul Gimenez who got injured after an aerial duel with Arsenal’s David Luiz had been out for the most of last season with heavy doubts of ever playing again.

His return has given a lot of football fans relief because of the class of player he is.

Although his absence had affected Wolverhampton Wanderers a lot, they had picked up towards the end of season.

Gimenez’s return has been just one out of a lot of good news that has hit football this week with both Liverpool players Virgil Van Djik and Joe Gomez making their return from long term injuries.
